Went in today (2/23/26) for my first MLD massage pre-op. I dozed off a few times during the session and have felt extremely relaxed for the rest of the day. Definitely planning to see her again post-op soon!

Strong, thoughtful, and attuned, Stephanie real is a master masseuse. Her knowledge and understanding of the body and range of touch and technique are extraordinary. One of the best massages I have ever had, I have and will continue to highly recommend her.

I got a 75 minute MLD massage and it was pure bliss. Stephanie’s space is cozy and inviting. Her massage table is the softest one I have ever been on. I will definitely be back for more services.

Stephanie was incredibly thorough in assessing my needs and tailoring treatment as needed in each session. She recognized that some of the discomfort I was experiencing could be aided by lymphatic drainage. I had never had MLD before, but Stephanie explained what and why and made a new experience comfortable. It is great to know that during each session I can expect a mix of techniques that will best suit my needs that day.
